• New patient appointments/comprehensive evaluation: $240 for 60 minutes

• Follow-up visits (new problem or ongoing management): $120 for 30 minutes

• Ad hoc services (established patients only): case-by-case

Please let us know if you are using traditional Medicare to pay for services.

Note: Due to demand and limited time slots, late cancellations (less than 24 hours) and no-shows will result in a $50 fee. Thank you for your understanding and for informing the office at least 24 hours in advance of cancellations and reschedules.
